In 2016, I received a LandWatch alert for 33 acres in Northeast Arizona—an email I didn’t even remember signing up for. But when I opened it and saw the pictures, my body lit up with a profound "YES". My entire being recognized this place. I shared it with my family, and while they were curious, they didn’t feel the magnetic pull I did. So I tucked it away, trusting the timing.

 

Years passed. In 2021, another alert arrived. This time, I was in a different space in life—more grounded, more open. I journeyed to the land with the love of my life, and when we arrived, two crows soared overhead, crying out as if to say, "You are home!" That was the confirmation I needed.

 

Since then, Skyway Embassy Ranch has become a living prayer, it became

—Our Landing Space—

a space dedicated to regeneration, reconnection, and reverence for Earth and all her beings, cosmic and terrestrial alike.

 

I have always felt Earth’s voice in my soul, especially during ceremonies. I have felt her ache, but her hope too. This land is an answer to that call—a canvas for healing and co-creation. Here, we work with the Earth, not against her. Through rainwater harvesting, zai pits, swales, half-moons, and simple loving attention, we are bringing life back to the soil—dreaming of food forests that nourish the local community affordably, and perhaps even a place for our cosmic brothers and sisters to touch down in peace.

 

This is a big project, and it will take time. But it brings me immense joy. Every weed pulled, every shovel of dirt turned, every bird song at sunrise—it all affirms the sacredness of this mission.
